Hosting Campfire and more!!!!

So i have now hosted 3 campfires this summer. It is when you have to do skits and entertain the kids while the cabins get ready to do their skits.
The first one we just made up right before... It was Kennolyn Quest for PS3 and we just played all the camp games.
The Second one was Hosted by me and Natasha. It was Kennolyn does Disney. We took some Disney songs and changed some of the words to fit the Town Council (the head councilors and heads of activities). We did "We are Siamese" for Molly and Lauren, "Hakuna Mata ta" for AJ and Stevo, "Part of your World" for Babs, Lucy and Mia, "Just can't Wait to Be king" For Chris and Andrew, "Be our Guest" for the Kitchen Staff and last "Be Prepared" for Duane/outpost.
It went off really well and We all had a blast.

Then for this last Campfire on Friday the riding staff did Kennolyn Safari. We said that Kennolyn had just bought some new land and that we had to explore it. When they found a spot for outpost they also found a Zebra!! We painted a black horse with White stripes!! Then for the climbing wall we had out biggest horse painted as a Giraffe and I got to climb him like a climbing wall. Then he decided to back off the stage area so I just played it in and was like, "Bye AJ." It was great. Then we had a Rhino for target practice cuz BB's just bounce off and a Moose for the Moose song.
The best part of it all was that we did not want anyone to see the horses before hand, that was until one of the horses got loose and went running through camp!!! He went past some of the girls cabins and straight to were he used to live when the barn was down here at res. camp. It was hilarious and the best part of the night.... Kate's horse Ren jumped this puddle of water and then went bucking down the trial and Kate could not stop laughing. It was GREAT!!!

On that note I am going to miss Kate so much. Kate if you read this, I want you to know that i have learned so much from you this summer. I could not have asked for a better boss or friend. Even when you give me a hard time about things... LOL This summer would not have been the same with out you. <3 ya (hanging out with you, AJ and Duane was the best ever, Love ya all)

I have never found a better place than Kennolyn and I can't believe that this summer is almost over. The people I have met here will always have a special place in my heart. I hope to stay in touch with many of them and a special few that I really don't want to loose...
